      but no partitioning info available from index/table
    Unable to convert to table-controlled partitioning
    GOCC002E - Severe error. Compare terminates

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  Program GOC2DTC was determining the index type incorrectly when
  DDL is involved in the compare process that has index based
  partitioning.  GOC2DTC (earlier step in the process) is fixed so
  that Merge (later step) would not attempt to migrate to table
  based partitioning and fail with the error.
