APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CEE0813S Insufficient storage was available to satisfy a get
  storage (CEECZST) request.
           The traceback information could not be determined.
  
       User abend 4,038 dec occurred processing command 'CALL
  
  Above occurs when using SQLPA to analyze sqltext.
  
  TSO Storage can accumulate with repeated use of the SQLPA, view
  SQL function which leads to fragmenting the address space.
  

Local fix

• Increase tso region size, or
  back out and come back into the product.
