Error description

• 1.  Issuing  SQL from Panel ANLPDBRM may generate incorrect
  statements on Panel ANLPSQL
  2.  Issuing EXPLAIN from Panel ANLPDBRM and then generating
      an Explain Report from Panel ANLPLIM1 may generate incorrect
      results and msg ANL3028E may be incorrectly generated in the
      Cost Report
