Problem conclusion

• The JAX-WS engine was corrected for accessing the null
  variable.  This change avoids the NullPointerException error.
  
  This problem is already fixed in WebSphere Application Server
  V7.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 6.1.0.31.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
