Error description

• The SIP Proxy routing logic is not thread-safe.  Under certain
  conditions it is unable to route new requests.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The SIP proxy encountered call          *
  *                      failures during high stress.            *

  The SIP proxy code that determines where to route new
  packets was not thread-safe.  In turn, this caused an error in
  our routing logic.   As a result, the proxy was unable to
  route the packets successfully.
  

Problem conclusion

• The SIP Proxy routing logic is now thread-safe.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
