Error description

By default, the WebSphere Application Server Update Installer
will check to ensure that the minimum service level requirement
is met before applying the requested maintenance to a target
installation.

There may be situations that this default action must be turned
off in order to install a fix pack.

The centralized installation manager panels for installing fix
packs does not offer option for the administrator to override
this default action of the WebSphere Application Server Update
Installer.

Problem conclusion

Code was changed to allow the administrator to specify the
option when installing FixPacks.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
