• Errors when trying to run JAX-WS thin client in OSGI on a pure

  Classnotfound exception when using OSGI and a SUN JVM.
  Web Services is always setting ssl.SocketFactory.provider
  property to the jsse2 provider.  This causes an error with the
  SUN JVM.  The security code is only setting the javax keystore
  properties if a jsse2 provider is used this causes a problem
  when running on the SUN JVM.
  

Problem conclusion

• Change to set javax keystore properties if the WebSphere
  socket factories are not being used.  WebServices changed to
  not alway set ssl.SocketFactory.provider.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
