Error description

• This APAR will add the following members to AIZTSAMP:
  IZTUMOD1,IZTUMOD2,IZTUDAT0,IZTPPUEZ,IZTOPD,IZTMQ1,IZTIMSID,
  $IZTMQ1,IZTUSER,$IZTIC1,TTDIMS.
  Also, remove the binder parm of REUS from IZTUMOD2 which
  was causing a RC04.
