PK97230: In ReqWeb: Child Package Description - Overwrites Parent Package Description

Error description

• Problem:
  Creating a new child package in ReqWeb overwrites the descriptio
  n for the parent package. This problem is specific to ReqWeb as
  the problem is not in the ReqPro client.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  In ReqWeb:
  ? Click on an existing package.
  ? Click Create Package (either with button, or right
     clicking on an existing package)
  
  ? Enter in a Package name and Description.
  ? Click on the Parent Package, and you will see that the Parent
  package description is overwritten, with the child package descr
  iption.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When creating child packages, the description of the created
  package overwrites the description of the father package.
  This is a "temporal" overwrite, if user refresh the Package
  Explorer problem the correct package description is
  displayed for all packages.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changed to avoid overwriting the package description of
  the father package.
