Error description

• Dump Title: STORAGE MANAGER - CRITICAL ERROR
  ABEND0C3 KO2STORB+E8A (at PK89128 level) is issued when KO2STORB
  detects that the maximum token for a storage slot in the #TAM
  had been reached.  This value should never exceed the maximun
  value of x'00009FFF' and when it did, the ABEND0C3 was
  intentionally caused.
  
  This is caused by a storage creep occurring in module APC1,
  routine REALACT during D5API collection.
