  IPR job gets ABENDU3618 in the reload task when the following
  conditions are satisfied:
  - Running IPR Driver with SPACEALLOC=YES.
  - The VSAM shadow was not closed correctly in a previous IPR job
    because the job has been canceled or has expired.
  In this case, IPR attempts to reuse the VSAM shadow. But it
  cannot reuse the shadow because the shadow has not been closed
  correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load is modified to close database datasets if IPR job is
  canceled or expired.
