PK96903: ELEMENT TITLE IS NOT HTML ENCODED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• in Firefox (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB;
  rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008092417 Firefox/3.0.3)
  1. create a fileresource in the authoring template
  2. give it a Display tile as "aF&le"(snap1)
  3. create a content using the authoring template, notice the
  fileresource shown wrongly (snap2)
  The problem does not happen in IE.
  

Local fix

• the best place to do the encoding seemed to be on the renderer
  for WFieldLabel which holds the title text. So the associated
  renderer HTMLFieldLabelRender was updated to encode the
  labeltext.
