PK96902: IMAGE NAME NOT RESPECTED IN IMAGE ELEMENT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. Create content.
  2. Add Image Element
  3. Upload an image [take not of the name].
  4. Now go to 'read' the content.
  5. Click on the image to download it.
  
  Expected bahaviour : image name is preserved when downloaded.
  Actual behaviour: image name is some sort of an id [as it stays
  constant if the image is changed].
  - also the extension is changed from a JPG [as uploaded] to a
  jpeg [as downloaded]
  

Local fix

• Filename was not included in URL. Used Erics fix from 7.0. The
  problem was occuring in safari because safari was looking at the
  URL to determine download filename. Also included URL encoding
  of filename to ensure links don't get broken by weird names.
