  This APAR eliminates the process of DFSMSdss DUMP for index
  database with following conditions:
  -FASTIC=(,DUMP),VIC=Y,HDPC=N
  -FASTIC=(,DUMP),VIC=(Y,OFFPC),HDPC=Y
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJDFCN has been modified not to issue DFSMSdss DUMP command
  for index database when VIC=Y is specified and no HASH Check is
  required.
  
  The following modules have been reassembled.
    FABJDFC7, FABJDFC8, FABJDFC9, FABJDFCA, FABJDFCB
