Error description

• An Abend U1132-0B occurs when unloading LOB data when (all
  conditions must be true):
  - the LOB table space has PGSZIZE > 4Kb.
  - the size of at least one unloaded LOB is > 64Kb
  - DB2 installation option DSVCI=YES

  *                      - One of the LOB in the LOB table       *
  *                       space is greater than 64Kb.            *

  Module udblobr was changed to process correctly the LOB in the
  described case.
