Error description

• During DB2 shutting down, SPCTs being freed. Below abends occur:

  because SPCT_SPACHAINPTR being overlaied. Add sanity check the 0
  length name of SP(STORED PROCEDURE)

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABND0C4 RC00000038 at DSNSVSVB could    *
  *                      occur during DB2 shutdown if a CALL     *
  *                      statement was previously issued with    *
  *                      all blanks as the procedure name.       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  If a CALL statement is issued with all blanks as the
  procedure name, DB2 incorrectly processes the name. This leads
  to an overlay that is mostly undetected during the statement.
  Later on during DB2 shutdown, DB2 is trying to clean up storage
  pointed by areas that have been overlaid and ABND0C4 RC00000038
  at DSNSVSVB could occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 is modified to handle procedure name with all blanks
  correctly.
