Error description

• Data loss occurs reloading a PHDAM if a large number is
  specified on the SEARCH statement.  Other symptoms are possible
  depending on which segment data has been lost.  For example,
  ABENDU3633 is possible if part of a synonym has been lost.

  Data loss occurs reloading a PHDAM if a large number is
  specified on the SEARCH statement. Because the specified number
  for the SEARCH statement is not added to the calculation for the
  buffer size, and some data is deleted in the buffer because of
  buffer shortage.
  Other symptoms are possible depending on which segment data has
  been lost. For example, ABENDU3633 is possible if part of a
  synonym has been lost. ABEND0C4 is possible if HPIO=NO is used.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load is modified to add the specified number for the SEARCH
  statement to the calculation for the buffer size when reloading
  a PHDAM.
