  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  A new function is implemented by this PTF to provide a summary
  display of thread history times in Near Term History.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  This PTF introduces a new minor command, ALT, to the Near Term
  History function. When this command is invoked under the HATH
  major command, it will display a time summary list for a group
  of threads selected by PLAN, AUTHID or CORRID.  See necessary
  actions below.
