Error description

• ABENDS878-18 KO2ECTLF+2120 (at PK74463 level), passing a
  negative length on a FREEMAIN.  KO2ECTLF was preparing to
  release ECSA storage used for an exit and in that process of
  determining the length of the FREEMAIN, passed a length with
  the high order bit on making the length negative.  Instead of
  passing a value of x'0000E7C0', KO2ECTLF passed x'8000E7C0'.
