Error description

• MSGIQC3307E refers to an XCFPARMS statement as follows:
  IQC3307E JOIN is intended, XCFPARMS statement missing.
  This statement should correctly state that the TOIPARMS
  statement is missing, not XCFPARMS.
  This needs to be corrected in the User's Guide as well.
  Two other corrections needed:
  1) IQC3307E should not be an error message, but should be
  informational instead, such as IQC3307I.
  2) Currently two IQC3307E messages show for each destination.
  There should be just one per destination.

  1.Msg IQC3307E  is changed to IQC3307I - informational
  message.
  2.The text of messages is changed to:
    "JOIN is intended, TOIPARMS statemant missing."
  QCF3.1 uses TOI to issue IMS /STOP commands to destinations
  that return A068 on UNLOAD calls. To issue the IMS command
  QCF3.1 should join TOI XCF group - the name of the group
  is set in TOIPARMS statement.
  If TOIPARMS statement is missing - QCF3.1 can not connect to
  TOI and issues IQC3307I MESSAGE.
  3. Currently two IQC3307E messages show for each destination.
  The programs are fixed to show the message only one time - on
  join request, and the message is removed from the terminate
  request.
  

Problem conclusion

• IQC3307E message is changed to IQC3307I.
  IQC3307E message text is corrected.
  Second IQC3307E message for destination is suppressed.
