  *                      warning message.                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  ADB27AC is modified to use zero if (1) The CHAR or VARCHAR
  column value is blank, and (2) Action "T" or "Z" is chosen on
  the DB2 Admin ALTER Column Truncation panel, ADB27CT.
  If a blank value is encountered and the Action chosen is D
  ("Let DB2 LOAD utility put it on DISCARDS file") then the blanks
  are preserved.
