  "Problem description
  
  When starting Cognos8 BI server in silent mode with cogconfig.sh
  the
  return code for success is 1 and for failure 0. In Linux the
  return
  code for success is 0 and for failure is 1 or greater.
  
  So I cannot use linux standard functions for automatically
  starting and
  stopping Cognos8 BI server.

Local fix

• Workaround is to change the numbers from the exit codes manually
  in cogconfig.sh; however the customer wants of course a
