the linklist (see PK75423/UK42580).  Add a step in
Complete The Configuration section indicating this step.

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
ISPF Resource Manager (DGOVRM01) configuration is not properly
documented in the CTC. This may lead to to certain unwanted
issues with OMPE.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
A new step was added to the CTC (I13) which describes the issue
and provides two different ways to solve. With this, a customer
makes sure that he doesn't run into this problem.
