PK93904: IFCID 313 FORMATTING WRONG IN OMPE RECTRACE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The formatting of IFCID 313 is incorrect when using a RECTRACE
  TRACE LAYOUT(LONG) command.
  
  1) UNCOMMITTED URID has incorrect value  - expecting a hex
     string
  2) LUWID has bad characters - the part containing instance
     number is incorrect - expecing a hex string

  shown as hex value.
  The LUWID contains strings and hex values and it was shown as
  string. Part of the LUWID could not be printed correctly.

  The UNCOMMITED URID is shown as a hex value.
  The LUWID is expanded into its different field (NetworkID,
  LUName, Instance and Commit Count).
