PK93818: Upgrding a report from CRN Mr3 to Cognos 8.4 FP1 with component reference gives an error

Error description

• Customer has a CRN MR3 report with  several 'component layout
  reference'  and report validates and run fine in CRN MR3
                -
  when this report is upgraded to Cognos 8.4 FP1, one of the
  component reference is removed out of several and rather whole
  block is put instead of component refernece and follwing error
  is displayed:
  
  "RSU-SPC-0111 An element with the reference layout component
  'SummaryBody' was expacted durring upgrade, and the reference
  was removed
  RSU-SPC-0074 The attribute 'name' was created becasue it is
  required to validte the upgraded report
  RSU-SPC-0095 Promblems were detected while upgrading , please
  ensure the original report validates in the original
  environment."

Problem conclusion

• The solution was to ensure that reference variables were cleaned
  up before we did the LCR checks.
