Cust env: z/OS 1.6, DB2 V8.1, OmPE V410 Cust problem: Customer's OmPE SERVER STC JobLog shows the following error situation. On TUESDAY, 02 JUN 2009 customer monitored two DB2s: . . . 17.16.50 STC01290 FPEV0188I MSTR - DB2 SUBSYSTEM ZD2D (V8R1) IS UP 17.16.50 STC01290 FPEV0187I MSTR - DB2 SUBSYSTEM ZD2X (V8R1) IS UP . . . Then one of DB2 subsystems - ZD2X - stopped with error: . . . 17.16.53 STC01290 FPEV0169E MSTR SERVER INSTANCE FOR DB2 SUBSYSTEM ZD2X STOPPED WITH ERROR CODE 12 . . . Some later customer got the following error message for DB2 subsystem ZD2D: . . . KO2O1223E ZD2D AN ERROR WAS FOUND OBTAINING DB2/IRLM MESSAGES (ODCNDCNS) . . . The similar message displayed in ZCODB21 panel also (after selecting "_ B DB2 CONSOLE ..........
