PK93086: ROLLUP OF V410 APAR'S TO V420 AND UPDATES TO SUPPORT FEATURES INIMS V11

Error description

• Several IMS PA V4.1 APARs need to be forward-fitted to V4.2 and
  updates are required to support features in IMS V11 whose log
  record formats had not been published at code freeze time for
  V4.2.   Some cosmetic usability improvements are also included.
  
  Further details:
  APARs PK88318 and PK90475 need to be forward-fitted to overcome
  problems in the IMS PA dialog.
  
  Internal Resource Usage reports for various log records need
  updating for IMS V11:
    x'4511' General Storage Statistics Log Record
       - report on COM64 fields in global and local virtual
         storage stats.
    x'4512' IMODULE Statistics Log Record
       - correct interpretation of STE (Storage Tracking Elements)
         fields as 'point-in-time' rather than 'cumulative'.
    x'4515' 64bit Storage Manager Statistics Log Record
       - new log record, correct formatting of 64-bit integers.
    x'4516' IMSFP 64bit Buffer Manager Dependent Region Statistics
       - new log record, add report.
  
  In Connect Extensions Exception report summarize by Datastore
  Status and replace numeric value with text string:
  1.        Datastore status - Severe
  2.        Datastore status - Warning
  3.        Datastore status - Normal
  
  V410 APAR's PK94148 and PK95412 are also being forward fitted
  in this APAR (to V420). These two APAR's address a
  LOOP IN IPI4QMGR or IPI4PROC WHEN FLUSHING TRANSACTIONS FOR
  HIGH WATER MARK ( HWM ) PROCESSING.
