Error description

• U031 abend occurs using inline image copy created during REORG
  due to DB2 writing out duplicate pages with different types. For
  example, multiple page number 2's are written out, one flagged
  as a data page, other flagged as a dictionary page (why DB2 does
  this is unknown).  This causes problems internally and leads to
  U031 abend
