  When trying to run a J2EE application client for WAS 6.1 having
  different source and output folders, the following error is rais
  ed:
  WSCL0100E: Exception received: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
   Main

  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1) create a J2EE application client project with one Main class
  2) change the output folder on the properties of the project
  3) clean and rebuild
  4) right-click on the project and select Run As..Run
  5) create a new WAS 61 application client configuration
  6) click on Run
  
  Workaround:
  There is no error if the source and output folders are the same
  or if the project is added to the classpath on the Run configura
  tion.
