  Trace Collection Options user wants to specify T.1.5. Specify
  Background Trace Collection Options, the KD2DATF0, Specify
  Deferred Application Trace Options panel displays with corrupted
  Trace Record Selection line:
   Lockdata .    Scandata . _  Sqldata . Z  Thrddata .    Conndata

  2. A garbage, @@@@@@, displays on the KD2PLDSC, Create
  Application Trace Dsn panel after successful allocation of an
  application trace data set.
  3. Corrupted table header displays on the KD2TATDD, Application
  Trace Program Detail panel when table is empty:
    Sort Summary Informat lines    0 To    0 of    0
