PK90862: IQC6607E NEEDS TO BE INFORMATIONAL IN SOME CASES, NOT AN ERROR

Error description

• 1) MSGIQC6607E needs to be informational in some cases, not an
  error.
  2) The panel for selecting an IMS looks like the one for the
  selection of the QCF server.  The user automatically might enter
  'end' ( PF3 ) and will get an error: Function failed, selected
  server/IMS has left the group.  This PF3 action should be
  corrected if no IMS is selected.
  3) This error message can be misleading at times:
  '&USRID    is not authorized to use the data sets.'
  It occurs after the following:
  Setting USRHLQ=userid() results in the QCF server using these
  datasets. As a started task it does not run under the userid and
  is not authorized to do so.  Normally only the specific user is
  authorized for datasets with a HLQ of his userid.

  *                      selection is displayed; on PF3-error    *
  *                      shows that SERVER/IMS has not been      *
  *                      selected.                               *
  *                      4. Server has to be authorized for data *
  *                      set, allocated by clients. The error    *
  *                      message for server authorization is     *
  *                      improved.                               *
  *                      5. Severity of error messages IQCA033   *
  *                      and IQCA0034 is changed to be warning.  *
  *                      IQCA0033E and IQCA0034E are changed     *
  *                      to IQCA0033W and IQCA0034W.             *
  *                      6. Comments in recovery procedures      *
  *                      samples IQCARCAB and IQCARCDM are       *
  *                      corrected ( CHKPT LAST parameters)      *
