Error description

• Environment:
  - Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP SP2
    - Product name: Rational Business Developer 7.5.1.2
  
  Description of problem:
  Data access application gets incorrectly generated if schema con
  tains underscore
  
  Step to reproduce:
  1. Open menu File ? New, EGL ? EGL Project, click Next. Choose a
   project name and click Finish.
  
  2. Open menu File ? New, Data ? SQL or XQuery Script, click Next
  . Choose the project created in step 1 and click Finish.
  
  3. In the dialog Select Connection Profile, create a new connect
  ion profile using new or select a Connection profile. Proceeding
   with DB2
  UDB v9.1 on Windows. Click Finish.
  
  4. Enter within Script1.sql the following content, save the file
  .
  CREATE SCHEMA TEST_SCHEMA;
  
  CREATE TABLE TEST_SCHEMA.TEST_TABLE ( ID_COLUMN INT );
  
  5. On the editor Script1.sql, open the context menu and call Run
   SQL. Choose the earlier created Connection profile and click Fi
  nish. Check
  within the view SQL Results that the SQL statements executed suc
  cessfully.
  
  6. Open menu File ? New, EGL ? Data Access Application, choose t
  he project name from step 1, the Database connection from step 3
  , the table
  TEST_SCHEMA.TEST_TABLE and click Next. Select the key field ID a
  nd click Next. Choose 'Qualify table names with schema' and clic
  k Finish
  Result:
  
  Check the content of EGLSource\?yourDatabaseName?.data\TESTTABLE
  .egl. It contains schema name without the underscores
  
  Workaround:
  None
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Underscores in schema names were being removed, causing I/O
  to fail when the schema name was included in the SQL.
  

Problem conclusion

• Underscores are no longer removed.
