Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS does not automatically
  append a wildcard character when using the "Using a LIKE
  operator" toggle is set when the entered string starts with a
  wildcard character e.g.:
  Entering ABC results in ABC%
  Entering%ABC results in %ABC i.e. no trailing %
  

Local fix

• Manually add the trailing wildcard character
