Error description

• 1.) ZH2RC section "Acct Sum" is never populated even though
  Accounting Summary records exist.
  2.) ZH2RC contains a duplicate "DDF Section" entry
  3.) When an SEQ archival job is run, it will always archive the
  first data set (RKD2SQ01if defaults are used)
