Error description

• Issuing EXPLAIN on Package from Panel ANLPPKGE generates error
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -204, ERROR:  xxxx.yyyy IS AN UNDEFINED NAME
  for an unqualified table or view name.
  
  Additional symptoms:
  ANLCSPA produces "Error Args missing <DB2 subsytem ID> <SQL PA
  high level qual>" when no parameters passed and ANLSYST profile
  variable does not exist.
  
  ANLCSPA produces "ANLCSPA was cancelled by the user." when no
  parms passed and ANLQID is incorrect in profile.
  ANLCSPA produces "COMMAND ANLPGM31 NOT FOUND" when parms are
  passed and ANLQID is incorrect in profile and passed ANLSSID
  matches ANLSYST
  ANLCSPA produces "COMMAND ANLPGM31 NOT FOUND
  INVALID DATA SET NAME, '.SANLLOAD'
  ENTER LIBRARY NAME YOU WANT TO RUN FROM+ -  " when ANLSYST is in
  profile, either ANLSSID is passed and it matches ANLSYST or it
  is not passed, and ANLQID is not passed and is not in profile
