Error description

• This APAR covers two problems:
  PE44337-F903 and PE46102-F905.
  
  PE44337-F903
  After applying PTF UK44337 for APAR PK73193, existing CICS IA
  users may receive the following messages when starting CICS IA
  if they have not updated the CICS region options DEFAULTS to
  specify a resource prefix table value.  If the user has not
  created their own resource prefix table, they can specify a
  value of CIUPFXTB in the DEFAULTS record or the individual CICS
  region options.

  CIUA110C successfully does a LOAD for CIUXTRAN and CIUXPROG,
  but receives a PGMIDERR when loading low values.  The low value
  should have been the LOAD for the default resource prefix table
  name of CIUPFXTB or the user specified resource prefix table.
  The name should be in AUGW_RESLIST_NAME and is specified on the
  AUGW_RESLIST_NAME for the call to the GET_XLIST routine.

  CIUA000C should read the DEFAULTS control record and if it
  exists and the AUCR_GEN2_OPTIONS field at x'21C' is zeros, it
  should rewrite the record using the CIUPFXTB default value.

Local fix

• 1) Run the CINT transaction.
  2) Choose option 2 to configure region options.
  3) On screen CIU200 choose option 6 for General options.
  4) On screen CIU260 specify the default value CIUPFXTB
     in the Resource prefix list input field.
  
  PE46102-F905
  After applying PTF UK46102 or UK48312 user may receive the
  message CIU2246W with zero value of dataspace percent full.

  However, displaying the statistics shows the actual value.
  For example:
     Table dataspace name . . . : 00000INT    86.3 % full
  

Problem summary

  *                      The problem is caused by new fields     *
  *                      being added to the existing control     *
  *                      record and these fields were not        *
  *                      set to the default values . In this     *
  *                      case a Resource Prefix List program     *
  *                      name was added. This was not set to     *
  *                      the default value and left as blanks.   *
  *                      On CICS IA startup we tried to LOAD     *
  *                      this blank program name.                *

  *                      PE46102-F905                            *
  *                      The message CIU2246W is issued when the *
  *                      the dataspace used is greater then 85%  *
  *                      but the value of percent full in the    *
  *                      message is zero.                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF.                               *

  PE44337-F903
  A new procedure has been added,it checks the contents of
  the control record for values that have not been set. If any
  values have not been set then it sets it to the default value.
  
  PE46102-F905
  The DSP_CALC routine in CIUCINB1 pass to the message manager
  CIUMSGCS zero value to insert into CIU2246W message.
  This is due to passing an incorrect insert length value of 3 in
  field CIUM2_I_SUB_1_LEN. The CIUM2_I_SUB_1 field points
  to STATS_DSPACE_FULL which is a fullword BIN(32).
  After UK46102 or UK48312, the first 3 bytes of the
  STATS_DSPACE_FULL will always be 000000 as the last byte
  will be x'64' or less.
  

Problem conclusion

  During the first read the control record the values of the
  fields are checked and abnormal values are replaced by defaults.
  
  PE46102-F905
  Code has been changed to display the correct value
  of STATS_DSPACE_FULL with 1 decimal place.
