Error description

• The first characters entered after a character entered with the
  Alt Gr button, with German keyboard settings under IE7 and Robot
   7.0.2.x, does not get written.

Problem summary

• Hello colleagues,
  
  I do have a German customer which reported to me that after
  moving his Robot scripts from version 6.x to version 7.0.2.1
  they where not working properly anymore. The y after the @
  sign in the mail address mail@yahoo.com does get entered
  into any web interface as mail@ahoo.com.
  
  After doing a lot of testing as well with the htmltryit
  example we found out the following.
  
  As soon we used the "German" keyboard settings within the
  operating system which uses the "Alt Gr" button for some
  characters we do get this problem. The issue only occurs
  when a sign is used (for example the @) with needs the "Alt
  Gr" button to be entered into the script or the recording.
  
  This issue has been tested on several operating systems with
  Robot 7.0.2.1 and Robot 7.0.2 and IE7 and was always
  reproduce able as soon we used the German keyboard settings.
  
  Please could you investigate and organize a hotfix for the
  customer.
  
  This is a urgent issue. The customer is "German" and they
  only use "German" keyboards with off course German keyboard
  settings.

Problem conclusion

• The sequnce of VK_MENU and VK-CONTROL key was wrong for
  German altGraphics key . Changed the sequence.
