PK89642: ANR2431E/ANR2442E DELETE DBVOL/LOGVOL

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Entering a DELETE DBVOL or DELETE LOGVOL command with the dsname
  using any lower case characters will result in ANR2431E/ANR2442E
  stating that the volume is not defined. DSNAME naming in z/OS
  does not support lower case characters and the name entered on
  the command should be converted to uppercase before being used.
  The DEFINE commands work correctly.
  

Local fix

• Use only upper case characters when entering these commands.
