PK89607: Cannot setup or configure the RequisitePro and ClearQuest integr ation on a French OS

Error description

• Using IBM Rational Administrator on a French Os to setup the int
  egration between RequisitePro and ClearQuest fails using version
   7.1 and 7.1.0.1.
  
  Problem description:
  Error when trying to configure the integration between ReqPro an
  d ClearQuest on a French OS - which makes it impossible to setup
  /configure the integration on a French OS.
  
  Steps to reqproduce:
  - Created a CQ user database based on the default 7.1 enterprise
   schema (having the RequisitePro 1.9 package and Repository 4.0
  package applied)
  - Created a Rational Administrator project
  - Added the ReqPro UseCase sample project and the new CQ databas
  e to the new RA project
  - Then, when continuing until a point where you choose to 'confi
  gure the RequisitePro-ClearQuest integration' it fails with the
  following error msg:
  
  ' Execution error '-2147203501 (80044653)':
  Mappe_Exigences is not a valid entitydef name '
  
  NOTE: 'Mappe_Exigences' is the French translation of 'Requiremen
  tMap'
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Some strings where translated to French and they were not
  supposed to be translated. This caused some ClearQuest
  tables to be unavailable
  

Problem conclusion

• Some strings translated back to English to make ClearQuest
  tables availables
