    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
    A new filter possibility has been added to suppress threads
    with no work in process. This PTF will contains the PEClient
    part of the fix.
    
    PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
    A new filter possibility has been added to suppress threads
    with no work in process.
    
    This PTF corresponds to the code level L1794 of the Performance
    Expert Workstation Client.
    
    This PTF helps to keep server and workstation code
    synchronized. For this reason we recommend applying OMEGAMON
    collector maintenance so that the server has a build level
    of at least 09.173, as shown in the following messages at
    server startup:
