PK89011: WORKFLOW PICKER ONLY DISPLAYS 10 ITEMS INSTEAD OF MAX_ROWS SPECIFIED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Even after the MAX_ROWS value is set for the Authoring UI, the
  Workflow picker still only shows 10 items. Regardless of what
  the value is set to.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• roblem Description:
  In the Authoring Portlet, it is possible to configure the
  maximum number of rows to display while
  displaying WCM objects in the UI.
  
  However, it's not possible to configure to change the number of
  rows for the dialogs.

  After installing the APAR, to enable the behavior:
  * Login as portal admin
  * Navigate to the WP Admin page
  * Under Portlets, find the wcm authoring portlet
  * click the wrench icon to add a new portlet parameter.  Add the
  following parameter:
  Name: MAX_DIALOG_ROWS
  value: 10
  For example, if you want 10 to show in dialog.
  
  * CLick on add button
  * click Ok
  * Logout and login.
