Error description

• This APAR provides CPU overhead reduction by reducing the code
  path length for all workload types monitored.
  
  The DB2 Query Monitor v2.3 Collector started task shares
  code with the DB2 Audit Management Expert v2.1 Collector
  started task.
  
  Customers running the both the DB2 Query Monitor and
  DB2 Audit Management Expert will see this problem in both
  collectors.
