Error description

• running a log-forward job that requires image copy access for
  the compression dictionary only may return message ALAA107E even
  though there is an available image copy. Additionally, image
  copy access may not correctly create EDICTs file holding
  compression dictionary if the image copy was created during a
  LOAD REPLACE operation (SYSCOPY STYPE=S).
