Error description

  • The NTH behavior is different for two variants of DB2 SSID
switch in omvtam panels:
ZMENU,ZALLT - info line DB2 SSID switch
ZRLOG DB2 SSID switch.
  If DB2 SSID switch is recognized incorrectly via ZALLT, the
following problems are possible in OMPE Collector:
#1.NTH function is broken :ERROR DETECTED BY CO2PRDR  S33E,>>
OB0930: Unexpected Program Check - ISSS+1536 ;LMOD=KOBAS510#L,
CSECT=UNKNOWN , OFFSET=000728           OMEGAMON:  OB0933
OMEGAMON resource cleanup initiated for abend U0930
#2.NTH  H2D911 function could not be restored  by command F
D811DM4S,S H2WLMGR, OPTION=COPTD911 after #1.

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
DB2 SSID was changed by typing over the SSID value at top
of screen. The new SSID had no active Near Term History (NTH)
collector. If a user attempts to view NTH data, the following
message should be displayed:
KO2O1701E CAPTURE SERVER CONNECTION FAILED = H2 NOT ACTIVE.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
KO2O1701E is now displayed on ZHAFL panel whenever NTH is
not active for this SSID.
