Error description

• The APAR corrects the OPEN error ABEND213 occurring when HD
  Pointer Checker (HDPC) processes large format data sets of
  HALDB.

  *                 (FABPMAIN) job to validate pointers.         *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: HD Pointer Checker(HDPC) gets           *
  *                      ABENDS213-17 when a HALDB OSAM data set *
  *                      or an image copy data set is a large    *
  *                      format data set and its allocated       *
  *                      space exceeds 65535(64K) tracks per     *
  *                      volume.                                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  HDPC gets ABENDS213-17 when all of the following condition is
  satisfied.
  
  - A stand alone(FABPMAIN) job
  - A HALDB OSAM data set in a data set group A or an image copy
    data set of a data set group A for HALDB which resides on
    DASD.
  - The above data set is a large format data set whose space
    exceeds 64K tracks per volume.
  
  HDPC reads the first bit map block to get a HALDB partition
  reorganization number. However, BLOCKTOKENSIZE=LARGE is not
  specified on the DCBE which is used to read the first bit map
  block. It causes ABENDS213-17.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following module have been modified to specify
  BLOCKTOKENSIZE=LARGE on the DCBE.
