Error description

• In the "Generate database activity report (general)" ISPF panel,
  there isa "LOAD options" field.  If this is chosen, the user
  will be prompted to fill out the ""Load data into DB2" panel.
  If a target SSID is entered that is not present in the ALAPARMS
  file, an S0C4 will occur.
