Error description

• ABEND0C4 RC4 in module INZUTILB when HPU is dynamically invoked
  with the TSO CALL command or with DB2 Admin Tool, which runs
  under TSO.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After APAR PK68560 is applied, when HPU *
  *                      is dynamically invoked, an abend S0C4   *
  *                      occur. Apar PK79126 fixes this this     *
  *                      problem, but HPU still fails with       *
  *                      Abend S0C4 when invoked with the TSO    *
  *                      CALL command, or under DB2 ADMIN TOOL.  *
  *                      This APAR fixes this problem, but the   *
  *                      support of EDITPROC or FIELDPROC        *
  *                      running in key 7 and supervisor state   *
  *                      will be limited to direct invocation    *
  *                      of HPU (EXEC PGM=INZUTILB), and will    *
  *                      not be possible when HPU is invoked     *
  *                      under TSO CALL or DB2 ADMIN TOOL.       *
  *                      In order to support EDITPROC or         *
  *                      FIELDPROC running under key 7 with      *
  *                      dynamic allocation of HPU, HPU should   *
  *                      be invoked with the JSTCB=Y parameter   *
  *                      on the ATTACH or LINK macro.            *
  *                      An example of EDITPROC that requires    *
  *                      key 7 is the EDITPROC generated by      *
  *                      IBM Data Encryption for IMS and DB2     *
  *                      Databases.                              *

  Module Inzmain was changed to test the key in which it is given
  control and issue message INZU241I  if not running in key 7.
  An abend U1024 can be issued if the ATTACH macro issued by
  module INZUTILB to call module INZUTILK returns an unexpected
  return code.
