  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This Apar fixes a problem with Fast     *
  *                      Path PITR recoveries in IMS V9 and IMS  *
  *                      V10. Unit of Recovery processing was    *
  *                      bypassed due to a zero recovery token.  *
  *                      In addition all non-PITR recoveries for *
  *                      Fast Path now does UOR processing.      *

  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *

  Fast Path PITR recovery process have been corrected and UOR
  processing has been implemented for Fast Path non-PITR
