Error description

• Web Services Invocation Framework (WSIF) timeout values are
  reset at the end of an invocation.  The method to prepare
  these values is not called after the first invocation as the
  variable tested to do this is not reset itself.

  The variable which indicates that properties have already been
  prepared is reset to null so that on subsequent invocations
  they will be prepared again.
  

Problem conclusion

• The clean up process for variables at the end of a WSIF
  invocation has been reviewed to ensure that all variables are
  correctly reset.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 6.0.2.39.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
