Error description

• When running Advanced ACBGEN with BUILD or DELETE statement
  except BUILD PSB=ALL, Advanced ACBGEN gets ABENDS013-60 if LRECL
  of the ACBLIB is 0 and LRECL of a data set concatenated in the
  IMS DD is neither 0 nor 256. This ABEND013 issue is the same
  problem as PK79490 for LIU V1R1.

  *                      to open IMS DD data sets and ends with  *
  *                      ABEND013-60. This ABEND013 issue is     *
  *                      the same problem as PK79490 for LIU     *
  *                      V1R1.                                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  The Advanced ACBGEN utility that tries to open IMS DD data
  sets ends with an abend code of S013-60 when all the following
  conditions are met:
  (1) The DELETE or the BUILD statement except BUILD PSB=ALL is
   specified as a control statement in the SYSIN DD.
  (2) A data set whose LRECL value is 0 is specified in the
   IMSACB DD statement.
  (3) The data set in the IMS DD statement concatenation meets
   any of the following conditions:
   (A) A partitioned data set (PDS) whose LRECL value is neither
    0 nor 256 is in the first concatenation of the IMS DD
    statement.
   (B) A partitioned data sets extended (PDSE) whose LRECL value
    is neither 0 nor 256 is in any position of the concatenation
    of the IMS DD statement.
   (C) A SMS-managed PDS or PDSE whose LRECL value is neither 0
    nor 256 is in any position of the concatenation of the IMS
    DD statement.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module FABQDIRX is modified to use the correct LRECL value
  to open IMS DD data sets.
